save al's comics
i'm sad to say that my local comic store is most likely closing down. so al of al's comics is having a half of sale for the next week and in two weeks (march 22nd) is throwing a benefit to raise money for the shop at cellspace. i'll be there playing music and sellin' stuff to raise money to help al. stop on by if you can.

In my town never had a comic bookstore. Hope things will change to better for all there and here.
what happen with your comic store? is it because of the economic crisis?

Even though I'm not into comic books ( blasphemy, I know) it really pisses me off that all the artistic shops - little galleries, comic book stores, etc. - are shutting down.
